We provide digital manuals that you can access via the QR code on your packaging. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet, and you will be directed straight to the digital manuals for your set.

If you cannot find the QR code or are having trouble accessing the digital manuals, please email toyscarstore1@gmail.com with your order number and the model for which you need the manual. We’re happy to assist and will ensure you receive the necessary manuals.

We apologize for the inconvenience if you’re experiencing issues with missing or defective parts in your Blockwheels set. While this is rare, we want to ensure you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing or defective parts, please follow these steps:

1. Double-check your set thoroughly.
2. If you’re certain parts are missing or defective, take screenshots of the manual and clearly mark the specific parts causing the issue or that you need.
3. Send the images along with your order number to info@blockwheels.com. This helps us identify the problem faster and speed up the replacement process.

We will promptly investigate the issue and send the missing or replacement parts so you can complete your model.
